President Ebrahim Raisi toured Iran’s Innovation and Technology House in the Kenyan capital of Nairobi on Wednesday.
Heading a high-ranking delegation, Raisi arrived in Kenya earlier today on the first leg of a three-nation tour of Africa that will later take him to Uganda and Zimbabwe.
After meeting with his Kenyan counterpart, Raisi paid a visit to Iran’s “Innovation and Technology” house in Nairobi.
It is one of the leading centers in the development of the export of knowledge-based products.
In this center, more than 35 Iranian knowledge-based companies introduce and export their products to Kenya in the fields of medicine, medical equipment, agriculture, construction and architecture.
In a joint press conference with Raisi earlier on Wednesday, President of Kenya William Ruto referred to the characteristics of this Iranian center and described it as a highway to bring Kenyan youth to knowledge and technology.
